Availability is generally good, though weekends fill up quickly and are usually subject to
a minimum stay. We have limited availability for the Leeds Music Festival (26 - 29 August 2010)
- there is a 4-night min. stay for the Festival.
Good news about prices: they are unchanged from 2009 rates. Discounted rates
may be available at off-peak times.
Please note Four Gables has a number of stairs and is unsuited to wheelchair
access.
We regret that we now limit the number of rooms that can be booked by any one
group/party (e.g.
for weddings, etc). If you want to book all of the rooms, we will be happy to quote you a flat rate
for 2+ nights for all rooms. This will be subject to payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit, with no reductions
for rooms not occupied.
Please e-mail or ring us for self-catering or room-only prices for the Garden
Cottage. We now also have two other cottages available on a self-catering basis,
one is just 2 streets away, the other is in Bramham, 2 miles from Four Gables. Please ask us for prices or check out our new website at www.cosyhaven.co.uk.
Our policy re. deposits: they are refundable, less £10 for admin., if you have
to cancel or reduce your stay up to 30 days before your arrival date (except as
noted below). If you
cancel or reduce your stay in the final 30 days, we regret the deposit is non-refundable;
if you reduce your stay, the deposit will be applied to the part that is cancelled;
for weekend stays, if one night is cancelled at any time after the
booking is made, the charge will be for two nights (it may be possible to make
an exception if we can re-book the night that was cancelled).
